Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, try to access it without permission, or interfere with its operation. All content on this site, including text, logos, photos, and videos, belongs to Paul Tom’s Academy or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Age restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in our SMS messaging program. For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must enroll using their own contact information and provide consent. This SMS age requirement does not restrict eligibility for our kids and teens classes.
Program description: When you opt in through a form or our chat on this website, you agree to receive automated text messages according to your selected consent preferences from Paul Tom’s Academy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu LLC about your inquiry, free trial, class bookings, appointment reminders, schedule updates, membership and billing notices, and promotional offers.

Classes, Trials, and Memberships
Free trials, class schedules, pricing, and membership options are described on our website or at the academy and may change at any time. Membership purchases, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the membership agreement you sign or accept at the time of purchase.
Assumption of Risk and Waiver
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, mixed martial arts, and fitness training involve physical contact and a risk of injury. Before participating in any class or trial, each student (or a parent or guardian for minors) must sign our liability waiver. Please consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
Payments
Online payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the purchase and any recurring membership fees you select.
